Bill Cooke

Bill Cooke has spent more than 30 years as director of the International Museum of the Horse. In 2000, Mr. Cooke organized and curated the Museum's first major international exhibition, “Imperial China: The Art of the Horse in Chinese History.” Based on its success, this was followed in 2003 with the equally popular “All the Queen's Horses: The Role of the Horse in British History.” Mr. Cooke is currently working on a third project, “A Gift from the Desert: the Art, History and Culture of the Arabian Horse,” scheduled to open in June of 2010.
